shiori novella (casual)

This is the detective themed third costume of Shiori Novella, the archivist VTuber of hololive English. It pairs a red frilled dress with a black corset, a removable black capelet, black thighhighs and black shoes. She wears it either with medium swept bangs and a deerstalker hat or with long hair gathered in a ponytail, keeping her mysterious bookish charm.
