smeargle

Smeargle is the painter Pokemon, a cheerful Normal type known for marking its territory with art and for copying the techniques of others. It looks like a small upright beagle with cream fur and a beret shaped cap of fur on its head, usually shown with its tongue out. Its long tail ends in a tip soaked in paint, held like a paintbrush, and scenes around it are often splashed with paint of bright colors.
