tangela

Tangela is a Grass type Pokemon whose entire body is hidden inside a mass of tangled vines, a shy creature that sheds and regrows its tendrils constantly. It looks like a round ball of vines in deep blue, with only its round white eyes and small red shoes peeking out. It is often drawn in a forest or among plant life, with stray vines reaching out like arms.
