tatsumi koutarou

Tatsumi Koutarou is the loud, eccentric producer of the zombie idol group Franchouchou in Zombie Land Saga, a man of wild schemes and dramatic speeches who secretly cares deeply for his idols. He wears sunglasses at all times, has swept back brown hair, a red vest over a shirt and a jacket on shoulders, with a piece of dried squid poking out of his breast pocket.
