the yuudachi-like creature

The Yuudachi like creature is a mysterious, goofy mascot from Kantai Collection merchandise, a small doodle that resembles the destroyer Yuudachi and keeps popping up at holidays and festivals. It is drawn as a squat, round creature with blonde hair and a hair ribbon like Yuudachi, dot eyes and a blank, endearing face.
