tokugawa matsuri

Tokugawa Matsuri is an idol of Idolmaster Million Live!, who plays a dreamy princess persona with a sweet, theatrical way of speaking, though she is far sharper and more capable than she lets on. She has fluffy long hair in an aqua hair shade with soft curls and brown eyes. Her stage costumes favor frilly princess dresses, ribbons, a tiara and pastel tones, with a recurring fondness for marshmallows.
