Tony Stark is the man behind Iron Man in the Marvel universe, a wealthy industrialist and brilliant engineer who built a power armor suit to escape captivity and later helped found the Avengers. Witty, arrogant and generous in equal measure, he lives on quips and caffeine. Out of the armor he is usually shown as a male focus figure with black hair and a neat goatee.
