toxtricity

Toxtricity is an Electric and Poison type Pokemon from Galar, a punk rock lizard that evolves from Toxel into an Amped or Low Key form. Rebellious and loud, it strums electricity from its chest like a guitar. It has a slim purple body with yellow or blue spikes, a mohawk like crest, red eyes and a glowing chest organ, drawn as a no humans creature.
