tsuji renta

Tsuji Renta is the government official who serves as the antagonist of Girls und Panzer, a smug bureaucrat whose cost-cutting plans set the main story in motion. He is a lean man with neatly combed black hair and glasses, always in a sober gray suit and necktie. He tends to appear in tense meeting room scenes with a polite but condescending expression.
