Tsurumi Tokushirou is a lieutenant of the Imperial Army's 7th Division and one of Golden Kamuy's main antagonists, a charismatic schemer chasing the Ainu gold. He has slicked short hair in black hair, a mustache and goatee, scars around his eyes, a military uniform and an enamel plate on his forehead.
