unown

Unown is a mysterious Psychic type Pokémon that comes in many forms shaped like the letters of the alphabet plus punctuation marks. Silent and enigmatic, groups of them are tied to ancient ruins and strange dimensions. Each Unown is a flat black glyph, one-eyed, with a single large pupil, so artists often arrange several to spell out words or float them around a scene as a cryptic decoration.
