vedal987

Vedal987 is the independent programmer who created the AI streamer Neuro-sama, often appearing on her streams as an exasperated, dry-humored straight man. His own avatar is a small green turtle. In fan art he is usually drawn as a man with short black hair wearing a green hoodie designed with a turtle shell on the back, sometimes alongside a little turtle mascot.
