wailmer

Wailmer is a Water type Pokemon from Hoenn, a round, bouncy little whale that stores seawater in its body to puff itself up and play. It has a dark blue back, a pale tan belly with grooves, a tiny blowhole on top and a big, happy face. Without any tail it looks like a bouncing ball, and it is often drawn splashing beside its giant evolution, Wailord, as a cheerful no humans sea creature.
