whimsicott

Whimsicott is a Grass and Fairy type Pokemon, a mischievous little sprite that drifts on the wind and leaves fluffy cotton wherever it pranks people. Playful and light as a feather, it evolves from Cottonee. Its design pairs a small brown body with a huge cloud of white fur on its back, curled green horns and bright orange eyes. Fan art often renders it as a cute no humans mascot.
