yuri petrov

Yuri Petrov is a judge of the Hero Management bureau in Tiger & Bunny, a quiet, precise and reserved official whose calm daytime life hides a much darker vigilante identity. He has long hair in pale grey tones, a pale complexion and a tired, serious look, usually wearing a formal suit with a necktie. Fans focus on his cold demeanor and the guilt and anger buried beneath it.
