amagai ruka

Amagai Ruka is an independent Japanese virtual youtuber from the Weather Planet group, introduced as a cheerful dolphin themed character designed by Parsley-F. Her streams lean on chatting, games and songs with a bright, bubbly energy. Her model usually appears with long hair and a sea inspired outfit, and when artists lean into her dolphin side they add fins or a tail that echoes the creature she is based on.
