artem wing (tears of themis)

A romanceable character of Tears of Themis, a principled lawyer who fights for justice by the book and takes his work very seriously. Earnest, steady and quietly warm once he lets someone in. He is drawn with neat short hair, a composed, focused look and polished business attire: a tailored suit and a necktie.
