empoleon

The final evolution of the Water type starter Piplup in Sinnoh, a Water and Steel emperor penguin that cuts through ice with the edges of its wings. Proud, dignified and unwilling to bow to anyone. It has a navy and white body, blue eyes, a golden beak and a three pronged crest shaped like a trident. Art is typically no humans.
