batsubyou

Batsubyou is the unofficial name of a white cat that appears on Kantai Collection error screens, a cute mascot of server trouble whose name puns on weighing anchor. The developers later adopted it for game bugs. It is drawn as a small, round white cat with a red circle on its belly, often sitting proudly next to an error message.
