brionne

Brionne is the Water type Pokemon that evolves from Popplio, introduced in Pokemon Sun and Moon, a graceful performer that loves to dance and sing. It resembles a blue sea lion with white accents, a ruffled collar like a skirt and a pale blue mane like hair. It appears in no humans art, often blowing water balloons or striking an elegant, theatrical pose.
