buggy the clown

Buggy the Clown is a One Piece pirate captain with a circus crew, a vain coward who keeps failing upward into ever bigger titles. Loud, greedy and comically lucky, he can split his body apart thanks to his Devil Fruit. He is unmistakable with a big round red nose, clown makeup, blue hair tied back, a pirate hat and a striped scarf.
