froslass

Froslass is an Ice and Ghost type Pokemon, a snow spirit said to freeze travelers lost in blizzards and keep them as ornaments. Elegant and eerie, it evolves from a female Snorunt. Its body suggests a hollow white kimono tied with a red sash, icy blue eyes with yellow sclerae and a hood with ice spikes. It is usually shown floating above the snow.
