chinchou

Chinchou is a Water and Electric type Pokemon from Johto, a deep sea angler fish that evolves into Lanturn. Gentle and curious, it lights the dark waters with its antennae. It has a round blue body, yellow eyes with cross shaped pupils, two antennae ending in glowing yellow orbs, and a little tail fin. Artists draw it as a cute no humans creature.
