Robert E. O. Speedwagon is a former street thug turned loyal ally of Jonathan Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Parts 1 and 2, who later builds an oil fortune and the Speedwagon Foundation. Endlessly loyal and theatrical, he narrates the action with gusto. He wears a bowler hat with a blade in its brim, a scar across his face and a rough, street style coat.
