A Grass and Ghost type starter from Alola, the final evolution of Rowlet. Calm, focused and a little shy, it strikes from cover like a hidden archer. It is a tall owl wearing a leafy hood that reads like a cloak, with white legs, brown wings, a mossy green tie and arrow like quills.
