A Ghost type Pokemon from Johto that loves to startle people with eerie cries and then feed on their fright. Playful and spooky. It is a floating dark spirit with a wavy, dark teal body, big red eyes, a ruffled head shape and a string of red pearls hanging like a necklace around its neck.
