deoxys (normal)

This is the Normal Forme of Deoxys, the mythical Psychic type Pokemon born from a virus that mutated in space. It has a humanoid body split between red and teal, with ribbon like tentacle arms, a pointed head and a glowing purple crystal set in its chest. The Normal Forme is the balanced one, without the specialized attack, defense or speed shapes.
