li shuwen (fate)

Li Shuwen is a legendary Chinese martial artist who appears as a Servant across the Fate series, starting with Fate/Extra, summoned as a Lancer or an Assassin and as either his younger or elderly self. Both versions are stern masters of bajiquan. The elder wears white hair with a long braid and a dark changpao; the younger has black hair and carries a long spear.
