Dick Gumshoe is the earnest homicide detective of Ace Attorney, a loyal friend to Phoenix Wright who is underpaid, constantly broke and openly smitten with Maggey Byrde. He is clumsy but kind hearted. He has spiky brown hair, stubble, a bandaid on face and a rumpled green trench coat worn over a simple shirt.
