quincy (nu carnival)

Quincy is one of the companions of Nu Carnival, a gentle character who is the only one able to communicate with the creature Topper. He has many alternate versions from events and banners. He keeps his blonde hair and orange eyes in each outfit, with a topaz gem set on the back of his right hand.
