frieza

Frieza is the galactic tyrant of Dragon Ball, emperor of Universe 7 and destroyer of the Saiyan homeworld, returning again and again to torment Goku. Cruel, polite and vain. In his final form he has smooth white and purple skin plating, a long tail, red eyes and a slim body, while earlier forms add large horns and armor.
