haguro kai ni (kancolle)

This is Haguro's second remodel in Kantai Collection, the gentle, apologetic heavy cruiser of the Myoukou class. The upgrade gives her the class's purple military uniform with a pencil skirt, white gloves and pantyhose. She has short hair in black with a hair ornament, dark eyes and rigging loaded with turrets and torpedo tubes.
