puru-see (hoshizuki (seigetsu))

Puru-see is a fan creation of the artist Hoshizuki, a jittery cat like version of Touhou's Mizuhashi Parsee whose name plays on the Japanese sound for trembling. She is drawn as a tiny chibi with blonde hair, green eyes, pointy ears, a Persian style scarf and a constantly shaking body, often in comic strip panels.
