harada mutei

Harada Mutei is a central character of Saibou Shinkyoku, a calm and quietly devoted man who works with residents at a facility for people with dangerous psychic abilities. His gentle, patient demeanor hides a strong will and a complicated past. Art usually shows him in plain everyday clothes, a shirt and pants, with a soft, tired smile and a protective stance toward the people around him.
