pelipper

Pelipper is the Water and Flying type pelican Pokemon, a reliable carrier that skims the waves and scoops up prey and passengers alike in its oversized bill. Its body is mostly a huge yellow beak that serves as a pouch, attached to a small white head with black eyes. It has broad white wings with blue edges, webbed orange feet, and it is often drawn soaring over the sea or the ocean.
