hoppip

Hoppip is a small Grass and Flying Pokemon that drifts on the breeze, so light that a gust can carry it far away, and it anchors itself to the ground when winds pick up. It is a round pink creature with large eyes, stubby feet and two leafy green sprouts growing from its head that act like little propellers. Art usually shows it as a pokemon (creature) floating among clouds, no humans present.
