konan (naruto)

Konan is the only woman of the Akatsuki in Naruto Shippuuden, a calm, devoted ninja from the Hidden Rain who fights with origami made from her own paper body. She has blue hair cut short with a hair flower made of paper, amber eyes, a labret piercing and the black cloak with red clouds. Her paper angel form is a favorite of fan art.
