muten roushi

Muten Roushi is the legendary Turtle Hermit of Dragon Ball, master of the Turtle school who taught Goku and Krillin and created the Kamehameha. A cheeky, lecherous comedian most of the time, he becomes a serious martial artist when it counts. He is bald with a long white beard, sunglasses, a turtle shell on his back and a wooden cane.
