mantine

Mantine is a Water and Flying type Pokemon modeled after a manta ray, gliding over waves with huge wing like fins and often accompanied by Remoraid clinging below. It has a dark blue back, a pale underside, small curled antennae and a calm smiling face. In the Alola games trainers could ride it to surf and perform tricks, which inspired many cheerful no humans seaside drawings.
