matsuda chiyohiko

Matsuda Chiyohiko is the burly admiral hero of a Kantai Collection fan story by Tonda, a huge, gruff man who cares deeply for his fleet. He has an intimidating presence but a soft heart. He is drawn as a muscular male with scar marks on his arms and chest, a white military uniform, a peaked cap and a stern expression.
