Meowstic is a Psychic-type Pokemon that evolves from Espurr, a sleek cat whose appearance depends on its sex. It has droopy cat ears, two tails and big eyes, with the male mostly navy blue with a white collar and the female white with a navy collar, both usually surrounded by psychic energy.
