regis altare

Regis Altare is a Holostars English VTuber and leader of the holoTEMPUS group, a heroic, earnest gamer who dislikes being called short. He has blue hair, green eyes and a grey vest over a blue top, white gloves and a sleek futuristic design, with a sword-like accessory echoing his hero theme.
