min min (arms)

Min Min is a fighter from Nintendo's ARMS, a martial artist from a noodle restaurant family who mixes fierce kicks with springy noodle arms. She wears a qipao inspired top, a beanie shaped like a ramen bowl, and has short hair in a distinctive blonde bob, plus a dragon arm that glows green when charged.
