ne-class heavy cruiser

The Ne-class heavy cruiser is an Abyssal enemy from Kantai Collection, an eerie sea monster princess type that appears as a boss and recurring foe in later events. She has pale skin, white hair and glowing eyes, wearing a short black dress with an ascot and long thigh boots. Massive monstrous rigging with teeth and cannons wraps around her waist, giving her a cold, menacing presence.
