politoed

Politoed is a Water Pokemon introduced in the second generation, the evolved form of Poliwhirl obtained by trading it while holding a King's Rock, and known as the king of frogs who leads choruses. It is drawn as a green frog with a round belly, a pale yellow underside, a single curly tuft on its head and big round eyes, often shown cheerfully singing or clapping.
