whip (kof)

Whip is a member of the Ikari Warriors mercenary unit in The King of Fighters, a clone of a soldier named Seirah who keeps the original's memories and fights with her trademark leather whip. She is cool-headed, precise and quietly proud. She has short hair in white, red eyes, a military jacket or beret, shorts and thighhighs, and a long whip in hand.
