poliwag

Poliwag is a round tadpole Pokemon from the very first generation, the start of the Poliwhirl, Poliwrath and Politoed family. Bouncy and goofy, it waddles on tiny feet it has not quite mastered. Its look is iconic: a plump blue body with a white belly marked by a black spiral, big round eyes, no arms and a short fluttering tail. Artists draw it as a simple, cartoonish no humans mascot.
