professor oak

Professor Oak is the renowned Pokemon researcher of Pallet Town who hands new trainers their first partner and asks them to fill the Pokedex, appearing across the games and the anime. He is kindly, scholarly and occasionally forgetful. He is drawn as an older man with grey hair combed back, a white lab coat over a red shirt and brown trousers, sometimes reciting poems in the anime.
