quagsire

Quagsire is a Water and Ground type Pokemon based on a giant salamander, famous among fans for its blank, carefree expression and easygoing attitude. It evolves from Wooper. The design is a chunky light blue skin body with a pale belly, small black eyes, stubby limbs, a wide smile and frilly gill fins, usually drawn as a no humans creature lounging by water.
