typhlosion

Typhlosion is the Fire type Pokemon at the end of the Cyndaquil line, a starter from the Johto games known for its explosive rage when threatened. Tough and protective, it can flare up blazing fire around its neck at will. Its design is a bipedal creature with navy fur on its back, cream belly, red eyes and a crown of roaring fire behind its head.
